2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU and Bulgarian consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without stating a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by email at lapora@abv.bg before the expiration of the 14-day period.

3. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or washing
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products made according to the customer’s specific requirements
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

5. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  • Send the product back to the address provided in our reply

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item or proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product
